Regina Ramalheira was born In Brooklyn NY, graduated from Cooper City HS in South Florida, Graduate at USF with a degree in Marketing and Education, was also a board member of the New Tampa Community as well as the New Tampa Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years! She knows the Tampa bay area and wants to know you too!
She began her career in Real Estate after a 20 year career at the Limited stores as the district Sales Manager of the West Central Florida. She managed 15 stores with 15 million in volume.
It was in 1998 she decided to join the National Association of Realtors and the local Tampa Board as well as Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Her Marketing Degree once again came in very handy.
Being a resident of Tampa Bay since college in 1981-1982 and a home owner in Carrollwood and now New Tampa since 1991, she is a major news source of the growth, roads, schools, shopping, medical, restaurants and more!
